Nicole Bellmann began her career in finance but turned to interiors organically after custom-building her own home in Atlanta's Ansley Park neighborhood. That personal project revealed Nicole's true passion for design, and she left a successful 20-year career in banking to join Laura Torbert Interiors, where she applied her business discipline to the firm's design process while honing her own craft, style and intuitive design eye.

In 2024, after gaining hands-on experience in everything from client presentations to managing budgets, timelines and installations, Nicole launched Studio Izlu. Named after her children, Izlu celebrates the idea that true beauty is found in the everyday and that design should support life's daily rhythms. To Nicole, a well-designed space should not only be beautiful, but also deeply reflective of how people live.

That same discipline shapes her approach to every project, resulting in a practice that balances structure and creativity from concept development through installation. Her interiors are elevated yet personal—thoughtfully tailored to each client.
